EYE B is an international investment and boutique consulting company based in Estonia that specializes in private equity and debt partnerships in the Middle East and Western European regions. Established in 2017, the company's primary mandate is to build a diversified portfolio of business assets across a broad range of industries.

CEO
Zahid Murry
He has more than 15 years’ experience in the GCC and international financial markets with Asset Under Management in excess of $3 billion, starting from developing investments and funds/portfolios structures, acquiring real estate investments to implementing exit strategies of all investments. After receiving his bachelor degree in Finance and Financial Institutions from Kuwait University, Mr. Murry started his career at Dubai International Financial Centre. Has held several board and Committee positions in investment companies.
Chief Legal Officer
Susan Parker
Arbitrator and litigator under the UAE legal bar association, qualified member of the Government of Dubai legal Affairs and UAE Rulers Court. Mrs. Parker holds a bachelor of law and Shariah from University of Al –Azhar, Egypt (2005). She has been working as a legal counsel for years as well as attending continues legal workshops in different subjects. Mrs. Parker has an extensive professional experience in UAE law and government procedures.Associate Member of Dubai International Arbitration Centre, Member of the Abu Dhabi International Arbitration Centre.
Chief Investment Officer
Jenny Martin
Mrs. Martin has over 10 years of experience working in different aspects of investment horizon. She was on the debt side of the equation during early stages of the career dealing with structuring finance and has subsequently transitioned to equity side of the equation. Since 2016 she was involved heavily in asset management aspects of international real estate investments carried out and was responsible for managing over USD500 million worth of assets. Mrs. Martin was also subsequently assigned with roles of deal origination and has assisted in originating approximately USD600 million worth of assets. Mrs. Martin holds an MBA degree from the University of Madras, India with a specialization in finance.

Cam Newman
Mr. Newman joined The Asset Management Department In February 2016 After Gaining Significant Experience In The Corporate Banking Sector. A Graduate Of Bentley University With Bachelor Of Science In Finance and MBA With concentration In Finance, Mr. Newman has Gained an In Depth understanding in Financial Analysis Starting with his time at National Bank Lithuania - Corporate Banking Division, where he co-managed and maintained corporate clients and accounts. Mr. Newman is registered with the CMA for Fund And Portfolio Management and has a total of 7 Years experience in the field of Financial Services. Mr. Newman's focus in the Equities Markets, which has earned him the skills of stock selection and wealth management of various customer portfolio.

Our journey began as a consultancy for constructioin and then adding an investment house that has since expanded into an industrial complex and consultancy firm comprising of consultancy services, trading, industrial, distribution, contracting, and service industries.
Through trials and tribulations, our 65 employees have gained invaluable experience, and our foundation in Estonia remains rock solid. However, in this age of globalization, we see the world as our marketplace and continue to grow at a breathtaking speed, prioritizing speed in all our actions.
Our successful induction of the next generation into the business has allowed us to remain a family oriented firm while also enabling us to hire top-grade professionals at lightning speed. Our group is built on the premise of sheer hard work, and we believe in our values of excellence, transparency, compassion, honesty, empowerment, and discipline.
